My first time ever meeting a honu up close. This was at Tunnels beach on the north shore of Kauai, Hawaii, earlier today, just a few feet off shore in 2-3 feet of water. It was so surreal and kind of moving. You wouldn't think it would be moving, swimming with a turtle, but he was this huge, majestic creature. It was something I'll never forget.
